[DC] Two Short Fics - Regret and Phone Lines

A couple of Detective Conan fics that I wrote for a friend's birthday. Guess what her favorite pairing is. Beware of one-sided shounen-ai and jokes about shounen-ai. I don't know if either of these will be continued. The birthday girl (she turned eighteen on Feb 9) insists that I should somehow continue Regret. So I guess I'm thinking about it. But

-HOMG You're right! O.o Never noticed that before. But anwyays, in the second bit of the sentence, it's a bit confusing if the "he" is refering to Shinichi or Heiji

-What about (asuming you're going to possibly edit and post this on FF.net) something like "countered" instead of "shot back"? I always associate "shot back" with more irritable comments

You never noticed? I realized a while ago that Heiji was somehow involved every single time that Shinichi came back. Even the time when we all thought Shinichi had come back and was at the Halloween party, it ended up being Heiji in disguise.

No, Shinichi keeps pretending to be Kaito! Don't you remember that bit in the clock tower case that you pointed out to me? The whole *poof*-"going to borrow your gun, Megure" bit? xD

*points* I have a couple. But... both of them seem like ones to use at specific times, not just generally. And I don't have any good image-editing software. Can't even put in text that looks nice unless I'm got a pretty solid background.

It really doesn't, does it? KaiShin seems to be a lot more popular, and while there isn't really anything wrong with KaiShin, I like HeiShin too. Plus, there's a much more interesting canon relationship dynamic to build on.

as for the second HA Conan was perfect haha. I can imagine Heiji having a minor panic attack when he puts the phone down. a moment then- bam! bright red! *he knoooows D//: * >D<

Thanks for the great drabbles. HeiShin/Con is my otp of the series (HakuKID/Kai for MK ) but it's so rare to find *le sigh* T_T it gets so little love
