Well, that depends on where I am and where the cheese is from, obviously. In France, epoisse, probably, although a good camembert is pretty amazing. In the US, I settle for a strong blue or maybe a morbier cause it's the smelliest cheese you can find. Basically, the stinkier the better. How bought you?

and if you would like to know my favorite cheese as well ... and I am most definitely a cheese snob ... its a cheese from Italy called La Rossa ... its robiola wrapped in brandy-soaked cherry leaves. It's brilliant!
