Fuck. If she won't give it back just appear at her door, and make her give it back. That's ... no. She obvioulsy just wants you to forget about it, so don't (not that you will).
As a last resort, get all your friends to help you get it back.
Safety in numbers, etc etc.

Just steal it back. But politely. Like..show up at her house with a lead pipe. And then ask sweetly for the pink floyd shirt.

Better yet, parents are weak and ignorant. Go for the parents. Show up at her house when you know shes not there. Then say to her mum 'Oh, (NAME) borrowed my pink floyd shirt and forgot to give it back! Its really important, its my mums. So can I have it?'

(If you involve OTHER parents its easy as hell)
