I suck I know sorry. It's just been so sunny and beautiful that the last thing I want to do is sit in front of a computer for a prolonged period of time.

I have issues tho with baked goods like muffins and cookies. In general I try to eat organic and grow all my own food and eat locally when I can. We only have this 1 body so we gotta take the very best care of it, ya know?
Oh and I like ferments! We make our own kombucha and sourdough bread, & kefir.
But yea sugar is so tough. It's so addictive! I basically had an all sugar diet my entire teen years
