also, a few days ago, biology teacher read an article on 'fatal insomnia'. it's about how this family inherited disease cause people unable to sleep like never, until they finally die of exhaustion. >.< "wouldn't it be scary to wake up one day and never beable to sleep again"-her. I don't like that.

but something that helps you get sleepy is cry like two hours straight and you should be sleepy within the next 12 hrs. i swear. <3

devo! the solution to insomnia, you ask, i tell! its all about pork... lots and lots of pork... anytype of pork you can think of... fried pork, baked pork, roasted pork, boiled pork, slow cooked pork, frozen pork, smacked pork (my favorite), pork ice cream... all of it... and a lot of all of it... trust me on this one... just keep on eatin pork... it may be a while to you fall asleep, but eventually, you'll get really fat... so fat you can move... and when you cant move, you dont have much of a choice... all you can do is sleep..... and eat more pork... mmmmm pork...

yes yes, i forgot, while in public, let out some rather huge and grossly icky belches... and urinate on puppies... and... listen to plenty of weezer... all of this will help with your insomnia and depression... im sure... drink plenty of coke for the belching, cause we all know, coke puts you to sleep right away... ^_^

Devon, first you have to run a mile. Then run another. An mabye one more. Then, when you feel like your lungs are going to pop and shower confetti all over your inner organs you walk around till your heart slows down. Then you can go to sleep! Hmm..doesn't really seem worth the trouble.. I usually just stay up till I'm tired and the I can sleep.

You should of told me the sex is letiing you down, on the more serios hand dont be depressed you have your whole life in front of you, you are beutiful smart and there is no need, what you should do to sleep is drink a half cup of milk or water lay flat on the bed no twisted stuff think about onee topic nothing serious somthing you enjoy more than anything and have noise bother you meaning no cds or things like that and if that doesnt help do a jig and life is better, I love you and i hope you can or have solved this dillema
