I watched the ten. There were parts of it that I really liked. But we never agree on comedy, and you're more of a specialist in the field. I loved the Lyin' Rhino (false witness) and my two dads (honor thy mother and thy father). Steal had some definite potential for hilarity. I turned to AJ and said, "how the mighty have fallen" when Winona fucked the dummy... But that one, like many of the others, seemed excessively workshopped, so the straight-man humor of the ventriloquist isn't allowed to come to full flower (it almost does when he rushes the room to rescue his dummy) before he's regarding it as a person as well in a completely incompatible riff on Anthony Hopkins in Magic.

Still, it was all over the board and sometimes really good. A good recommendation that I wouldn't otherwise have seen. so. .. thanks.

i like the US office a whole lot. i suggest skipping the first season though - it doesn't get really good till the second. also, if any part of you enjoys gross humor i suggest KENNY V. SPENNY! it's a Canadian television show based on two best friends having contests (i.e. who can eat the most meat, who can stay homeless the longest, who can catch the biggest fish).

as far as movies, i'd have to spend more time thinking about that one.
