Recently, we've

-purchased a tandem bike
-rode said bike to gelato several times, with one or two toddlers
-taken salsa lessons
-gone dancing
-kept the house reasonably clean
-had a wonderful time
-slept a little
-finished weaning.

Wow! How exciting!! I've always wanted a tandem, I'm jealous! :)

I want to know more about your weaning experience! Did you just nightwean, or go the whole hog? How was it, for you and for Caleb?

we (that is, they- Stacey and Caleb) actually did it in the other order... Caleb gave up daytime nursing first, and it's now been almost a month since cold turkey on the whole thing. He doesn't seem to miss it much, although he will occasionally ask out of the blue.
