I did something I hadn't done in nearly 3 years. I took a SEPTA train into Philadelphia Thursday and Friday. I use to commute this way for nearly a year. I took the same train in. I must be under greater stress than I realized. Suffered a panic attack 40 minutes ago while talking on the phone. I feel like crap now and wish I could go home an crawl into bed for about a week.

I think my laziness is getting the best of me these days. I have so much stuff that needs to be done that none of it is getting done. Of course these is taking its effect on the waist line.
