Gas / Petro
I actually paid attention today when I filled up my gas tank on how much it cost. It was a cool $61 for my Honda. The most I've paid for the stuff for any fill up on any vehicle. I remember when I bought the car back in 2001 and for a few years after it was about $20 to fill up the tank. But back then I use to spend $75 a week on gas, groceries ( Read more... ) -

Sedona Weirdness
I'm trying to figure out why I'm cranky today. Maybe it's the post holiday stuff of doing bills, going to the bank, getting the car washed, mowing the lawn, picking up train tickets for tomorrows trip to Boston, etc.

I'm home
Sedona was great. Ended up traveling the last two days with someone from Liverpool who was on the same tour to the Grand Canyon. She and I did get a bit silly at one of the Vortexs and could not stop laughing about them. May be that was the power of the vortex? Sedona
I've been in Sedona, Arizona the past two day. It is a beautiful place. Unusually hot but at the same time unusually green as it rained last week. Hikeing is great around here and I'm not a hiker. My only drawback to hiking is my bum right knee which only effects me if I want to take a step down and I lead with my left foot. Well my real draw ( Read more... ) -
Random thoughts.
It's 9:10 PM and I haven't finished packing. I need to wake up at 2:30 AM so I can go to the airport earlier than usual because I'm parking in the cheap lot which adds an extra 30 minutes. Then I spend 8 or so hours on two flights to make it to California and a heat wave. It will be a nice 40 degrees C. when I get to Scottsdale, AZ Sunday. Oh ( Read more... ) -

Quick update
I still have work to no ends. I wondering if there is anyone left with the slighest hint of common sense working in the main office.
Easter was rubish for me. I fell ill and Sunday's breakfast decided to come back up a few minute be for the wonderful looking ham dinner. The cold left overs tasted good at least as I went home and went to sleep ( Read more... ) -
