Made a list of current and WIPs to-be. I'm excited about all of them -- two YAs, two chapter book series ideas, two NF. Any NF writers out there? I've had one proposal for years, but haven't done much with it because it seems expensive and I'm not sure how to format/pitch it. I write NF but I've only written one proposal so far. It was pure torture, I might add. I attended a conference with Kate Waters, head of NF at Scholastic, last spring where she gave very specific guidelines about what she required in a proposal.

I can dig those up if you're interested. Also, I'd be happy to take a look at yours if you just want another pair of eyes to give it a once over.

I'd really like in on that "research" trip to Jamaica!

You get to go to Jamaica for research? So FUN! I must day, "'stracted" is the best word I've heard today. If I had to use one word to describe myself, that would be it.
