I think I know who may have taken this. There's a person on DeviantArt (and possibly also Flickr, many of those people are) who takes lots of macro shots of insects and many are dew covered as he lives in a dewy area of some sort... somewhere cold and moist;) This photo looks like exactly his style. He has many beautiful ones! If I weren't so lazy I'd look him up:P
