I was reading it on the subway yesterday and found myself laughing (painfully) and looking around to see if there was anyone I could turn to and say, "Hey! Did you see THIS?!?!"

Ah big oil. Honestly, I can't say I'm too surprised. Why it was buried all the way on B-7 though is kinda sad though. They're buying smuggled oil and still raise the prices sky-high. Unbelievable. There's no limit to thier greed.
