Where did you get your books printed and bound? Was it expensive? I'm still exploring various options for printing the next ZAP book, and erikochan mentioned there are some good printers in TO...

I used Sure Print and Design. They used to be in Markham and then they moved to Richmond Hill: http://www.sureprintanddesign.ca/

They charged me around $7 per book, but they're really nice. I didn't have time to shop around so I used them because I had used them before. But it only took them a day to actually print and bind the books when they had the file ready, and they did a lot of free tweaking for me. Also, these are full bleed books.
