I think George very well may try to get her back, and my bet is it starts either this episode or during "Crash Into Me"

Well, to be honest, I knew she was going to come in Cristina but for a moment I thought it could be George. I have a feeling he is going to comne running back because with Izzie, he has nothing.

This to me is going to be the wild card - what will George's reaction be when he hears what happened with Callie? Also, the whole pregnancy thing has never been mentioned again, and as much as I just want the whole thing to go to the Island of Lost Plot Lines I don't think we'll be so lucky.
