De que parte de Peru vienes? Eres de Lima? Remember subject in spanish can be tacit in certain ocasions. That's also why i use lots of pronouns, saying "I" every single sentence can convince my readers that I'm egomaniac.
mine was like that for a while too, I found out that the last time i installed windows i must have selected the default time zone, which is not US Central Time. My clock was always off by an hour. This time around i selected the correct time zone and everything is fine now.
