Ben was grinning when he mentioned that you'd likely go on about the game on the way home. He knows you are given to opining on whatever subject is at hand and likely finds the majority of your ranting as entertaining as I do.
And Jake - Jake strikes me as the type that is pretty much going to assume the worst the moment any crticism is brought up. Of course he thought you guys were going to quit because a complaint surfaced. It is a quality inherent to his Jake-ness
