So it seems that the Democrats have taken the House, and pending a decision in Virginia, possibly the Senate. All parties aside, this is a good thing. Having one party in charge of all three branches of government (albeit more abstract when it comes to Judicial) is just... not a good idea. The Colbert Report grew on me over the summer, but I've lost contact with it since coming back to school. What sad tales are woven by our lives. =P

I don't mind so much that the dems are as in as in can be. I'm not sure if it's better or worse but at least it'll be different.

Colbert Report is my favorite show on TV right now, and the only one I've seen that is consistently entertaining.

Well don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see the Democrats in. I've grown much more fond of that party over the past several years. I just meant to say ignoring the politics of it all, one group in control of everything is inherently a bad idea.
