AIM flash ads need to DIE.

Correction: Flash ads need to die in general. The ones that just animate in a bar aren't so bad, but when they play sound and pop up over a news article for like a minute before minimizing it's too much.

And yes, I've done the block them thing...stupid companies just find ways of cirumventing it. SDLFKNSD

They can't circumvent Firefox flashblock. It blocks all flash and turns it into a little "play" button. The flash doesn't run unless you tell it too.

However, I doubt if that would stop flash ads in AIM. I'd recommend getting a different client. Trillian and GAIM are nice, as are many others.

I tried 3rd party clients before. For some reason they block me from even seeing some people.

Like Jolly, my cousin, and Hudson, a buddy who's stationed in Korea.

It's a case of taking the bad with the good, I guess. Sometimes it just helps to vent.
