oh, what a night, what a week. now that the day is done and I'm home to contemplate what work I haven't done and what work I still have yet to do, all I find myself doing is, even the company of friends, looking at photographs of people on facebook who I wish were my friends. or who I wish i knew better. or who I wish I won't or didn't have to ( Read more... )

and feel like my life was about to go so

Yeah, I thought I was going to marry a flamenco dancer, too. Instead I flirted with Australians.

There aren't rooms opening up in your house this summer, are there?

Would you rather have a thin alpaca hat hand made with brown, gray, and black colors, or a machine-made, warmer, very colorful one? Both have llama patterns. Or do you want the one with no llama patterns but lots and LOTS of different patterns and colors?

I went to both. Sevilla is a large city, but I didn't like it very much for a number of reasons, though it also could have just been because that where I was at mentally during my trip. The flamenco show I saw was totally cheesy. You could say it was so cheesy that it was oriented towards the Asians in the audience who all enjoyed it very much. I only spent 3 days there and couldn't get to some of the places I wanted because of siestatime, but it's large enough that there's plenty to explore there.

Granada on the other hand is made of magic. If I were in Spain this semester, I would be there. I only spent 24 hours there, but they were some of the most perfect 24 hours of my life. I have no idea what it would be like to stay in either city for a number of months. Lizette Guevara studied in Granada, I'm sure she'd be willing to tell you how it went.

Based on my personal vibe from each place, go with Granada, hands down.

This is really important. I need to know if that LJ post you just responded to was backdated or not. Were you reading my profile, or did it just show up in your friend's box?
