Internet shopping has all the shiney newness of real life shopping, but with the delayed gratification of something arriving in the mail a few days later. I love that part, you lose hope and get whiney and sad that it's never going to come and presto! something comes in the mail and you have new things!

it's the EXACT same thing for me. and we do realize, of course, this is what ultimately leads to an addiction, right? the emotional part of shopping, whether IRL or online, leads to addiction. *whines* been there, done that. but oh yes, it feels soooo nice.
