So this last weekend i went to cologne, and it was pretty awesome. The trip started with me leaving early from work on friday, which was a nice reprieve, since friday i was given a lot of actual work to do...and, needless to say, i was unable to do it. I like how your predominant method of describing the stadium and people is by comparing them to the going-ons of the Deam Dome. There's not much soccer talk in this post, though...? Other than that your team apparently sucks.

I have long wanted a futbol or sacar scarf. :-(

hahaha, relate to what we know! To be honest, it's the only thing that i felt like could even compare to the atmosphere. Everybody cared SO MUCH. It's not like american professional sports, where you'll have a decent amount of people in shirts or jerseys, but a SIGNIFICANT portion of people just wearing regular clothes.

It was nice to see EVERYONE singing along, chanting, waving their "futbol" scarves, it was very...inspiring

and yesssss, yes they are... they are incredible.
