i wish i could pull myself together. its been nearly a year fuckin a.

on a TOTALLY different note schnapps taste great but it makes ur throaght hurt later on that night.

no exercise other than changing tires and stuff like that

fud:
b>oatmeal
l>1/2sub; 5pieces of old carrot cake; milkyway candybar(felt sick after that piece of shit)
d>pizzahut salad and 2x pizza

-ran 5 laps without stopping; i think that's 1 mile straight without stopping. definite improvement
-did all 16 circuits with alt laps
-did 5 warm down laps, walked about 1/2 of them

food:
B>Chili, Grapefruit Juice; Milk
L>Banana; salad; Grapefruit juice
D>1/2 turkey sub, whole wheat etc.; 1 pint 2% milk; 1 french fry
