There's a related challenge in the UK, to visit all Tube stations in a day. It's possible - Wiki gives the current record as under 17 hours - but requires a lot of planning, luck (the Tube is so heavily used that it's rare there's a day with no disruption on it), and running to achieve.
The simpler challenge is reaching Mornington Crescent[*] which is totally a serious game and not just players on a quiz show naming random Tube stations :) - it's an oddity on the tube network, in that there's two Northern lines between Euston and Camden Town but Mornington Crescent is only on one of them.
