I was wondering how to change lots from Apartments, to residential, to community, ect. And what is a lot adjuster? These are probably "duh" questions, but I'm going to attempt to make my own 'hood with lots of beach lots and stuff and just needed to know. Thanks!

To change the zoning of lots, you can use the cheat changelotzoning ... and where I've placed the dots, you place what kind of lot you want. For example, changelotzoning hotel.

As for the Lot Adjuster, it's a programme that you run to reduce the size of your lots in your game. For more information, you could always take a look at the thread itself :)
