Do you know anything about PHP, SSL, coding or websites?

I've got a contract with my host for the next 2 years and suddenly out of the blue I get this email:

I have no idea how to help with the coding issue, but wtf @ those comments?! It does take a lot of time and money (those little plastic charms and whatnot are pretty expensive)to source kitschy beads and charms. I agree that when you put together time spent, not just making the darn things( i spend most of my time updating shop/taking photos/marketing/packing/going to post office, etc), as well as the price for charms(not sold at wholesale prices like Claires can get!), shipping of those charms and whatever, then your $6 earrings actually seem quite cheap after all! I don't understand her problem, if she doesn't like your jewellery she should just get over it.
