But, I seriously, seriously felt a little queasy with the last few paragraphs and had to get that out.
Oh, this is just so incredibly well crafted. Perfect characterizations, the incredible tension ratcheting up intertwined with the moments of fondness and lightness between Rossi and Emily.
Just lovely, lovely work.
Wow. My heart rate is elevated.

FUCK.
Well I have $5.20 AUD in my wallet today, but I can go get cash out if it will make you update any faster. Fantastic character interactions, perfect suspense, and I know for a fact that this pairing will be overtaking a lot of my normal thinking processes for the next couple of days,

Thank you for the lovely, lovely compliment - there are worse things, I hope, than having Rossi/Prentiss on the brain!

Finally, I'd just like to say that I have a deep and abiding admiration for anyone who tackles casefiles, because they are so hard to write, and you are doing a masterful job with this one. I can't wait to see where you go next.

And oh my god, where have you been hiding at my library. I have heard or said all of those things about annoying grad students or faculty. I kind of love that the grad student is probably the unsub.
Plus, this is a *funny* story; the tone of the show's humor is there. I am not a shippy fan, but I always seem to find myself reading your Rossi/Prentiss, because you've got their voices down pat.
Finally: Oh Hotch. (Nice one sentence nod in Part One to whatever's going to happen with Foyet.) Oh JJ. Oh, everybody.
moar, plz.

ETA: Meant to say: Something about Rossi/Prentiss sucked me in hard - I think in part because it works around the periphery of the show without requiring massive revisionist history. For some reason, they just work - for me. Thank you for taking a chance on something outside your normal preferences - I'm glad it didn't scare you off!
I am so glad that the tone is right to you - one of the things I love about this show is that even though the subject's very dark, there's a lot of sly humor - which is part of what makes the whole thing work so very very well. Thanks!

Now, I want to know about Hotch - JJ must tell. Of course I want them to find Emily and all that ...
Seriously, fantastic writing. Can't wait until tomorrow.

And thank you - I love your writing, and knowing that you've enjoyed this is a great compliment.

Let me know. I surely don't want to step on your toes.
Thank you, also, for such a lovely compliment. Maybe we could start a mutual admiration society. :D
