Medical Info: She jumped off her high school's roof when she was 15 and probably broke a few bones. More recently, she jumped off the manga club's window and broke her left arm.
Eyes: Brown.
Hair: Black.
Physical Traits: She's short and the fact that her posture is slouchy 90% of the time doesn't help much, also, she has magical hair capable of sticking up like a paintbrush!
What's Okay To Mention Around Her: Aaaaanything's good. If you somehow manage to hit an emo button, she'll just instantly clam up. But if you keep poking at the emo button, she'll try to jump off the nearest window/roof unless you stop her (and I'm all for this happening, so don't worry too much XD).
Abilities: She's very good at drawing, especially man porn! Other than that, she's just good at all sorts of geeky things, like identifying doujin artists/circles by the art, and the like.
Notes for the Psychics: Ogiue's head is full of shounen-ai and yaoi. Mostly yaoi. And then, there's a little emo part where she shuns all that is otaku and feels like the worst human being ever for shipping people and drawing porn.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes, but she probably won't like it. :D
