I just read all of the twilight books. Sad to say, they were really good. Teeheehee. I wanna watch the movie again... I think it'll be different after reading the books.
Yeeeah I wasn't too fond of the second one... I didn't think it was HORRIBLE but she was just so mopey and annoying. The last one is really strange, I was reading a PDF version that someone typed up that I found online and I was convinced that someone was just being weird and wrote some crazy long fake book cuz I didn't think that's what it would really be like at ALL. But no, it was real. And strange. I dunno, like I didn't think the books were GREAT BOOKS but at the same time I was super addicted and couldn't stop reading them. I guess I just really liked the general idea of them even if at times the books were kinda boring or dumb or something. And she used the word HANDSOMER. what the FUCK lady? Maybe she should have gone to a real college.
Uhg, well that kind of plot ("I'll push you away for your own good!") is the thing I hate most in romance stories. And yeah, definitely mopey, she is such a whiner. AND no Carlisle, boo. HAHA, yeah, I've heard the fourth one is way different. Most people say it's okay but some are like "don't bother reading it!"
Haha, yeah, she can't write. Apparently according to google "Handsomer" is technically correct but it's totally oldschool so it's still not really good writing. And in the first book wasn't she always saying how Edward was like her angel or something? It was worse than Anne Rice's constant overuse of "preternatural" XD Michi is going to BYU Idaho ~_~
... the third book is sitting right next to meeee aaaaah. Maybe if I try reading it it will make me excited to get up and CLEAN INSTEAD, ahaha.
I hate how in the first ones she's always talking about people's expressions showing emotion. HIS FACE WAS SHOWING SO MUCH PAIN AND BLAH BLAH BLAH. Like constantly. I'm like shit, am I some kind of freak? I can't tell people's emotions from their expression. She way overdoes it in the first one, after a while she realizes she's a moron and stops doing it so much. She kinda said the angel thing a few times, I don't particularly recall it being excessive though.. maybe I just ignored that part. You WOULD like Carlisle.
Jessica was the one who got me to read them, and she was like you should read her other book the host! ITS SO GOOD. I'm like uuuuh no.
