I suggest you be careful how you brand trolls, especially when our organisations are concerned. Be aware not all trolls are just mindless flaming machine, granted the vast majority are, however at the UCWT and the OIT we pride ourselves on turning out good quality professional web trolls who provide a good reliable online service.
