postal service, grandaddy, mosquitos..especially mosquitos!! they are a fusion of brazilian beats with indie rock..its really really upbeat and happy and cute but not in the annoying way. download sunshine barato. I'd send it but unfortunately i bought it in itunes, so it wouldnt work for ya thanks to their DRM. Granted some lyrics are in another language but..its fun to make up your own. I do it!

I like listening to all three of those bands while I walk around campus and work. Also, I suggest audiobooks because they give you something else to concentrate on while you do mind-numbing sort of shit.

I can't really suggest any pop stuff because I am not down in the pop scene. Maybe there are some britney spears songs though ;) Oh oh oh and NKotB :D

And yeah, I was really hardcore into the whole myspace thing for a couple of days there. Like, I was up until 5:00 AM surfing around myspace crap. Some neat things came out of it, like talking to some old high school friends.

I think it burnt me out since I did all that all at once. Although there are people there who have yapped at me and I really should be nice and yap back. But I'm afraid that will draw me right back into it.
