So, thanks to some advice I've decided that I am going to start up knitting. I just need to maybe focus on something simple like a scarf first. Just to get down how to actually do the actual knitting over and over ( Read more... )

I have tons of needles I never use if you'd like me to send you some! I keep buying them from thrift stores and end up with bunches, especially circular needles. FFFFFFFF

Thrift stores. You can get lots of yarn to practice and hooks and needles galore. Or Freecycle, although you might need to have reliable transportation to pick up things.
