Another simple method of boosting one's mood is dropping to the floor of your room and doing twenty push-ups. Exercise creates endorphins and endorphins = happiness!
That or well, Try nocking out 20 to the wind!..*chuckle* Which means 20 push ups in each direction, North, east, South, and west. Once you can nock out 81 push ups in under two minutes. Then we can see who is more happy. ^.^..(well I am kinda glad I can do that..but tis not all that great..*sigh) Catch ya soon Bro.
