hanging leg raises are the best for your lower abs, basically hanging from a bar/similar object and you lift your legs up high using your abs, don't use any swinging type motions. when you raise your legs make sure are a bit bent. this is a hard one but you'll get the best results from it.
also if you have a partner you can do throwdowns. basically you lay down and someone stands with their feet on each side of your head. you grab around their ankles and pull your legs up as to bring them to your partners face. he then kind of pushes them down or throws them down. i learned that one in my mma class.

thank you :) i used to do throwdowns when i played soccer, but the only problem with that is, i dont ever have anyone to work out with me, and those are a little harder to do by yourself lol. i'll try the leg raise thigns though. sounds good to me :) thank you. and i will most definitely come visit you at publix again. when do you work so i know when to come stop by. i don't work tomorrow morning, friday morning, or saturday. so let me know.. i don't know about next week yet though. so we shall see :) ♥
I'd say both those are good although the hanging leg raises can be hard if you have not developed your abs much, I like leg lifts or whatever they call them. Basically you lay on your back and then hold your legs straight out together with your toes slightly pointed then raise them slowly till they are near perpendicular with the ground then lower them back down most of the way to the ground again. Pretty much like throwdowns just at a slower pace and without a person pushing your legs down.
