Ugh...Olympic time already?

I really hate watching the Olympics. I know it sounds REALLY unpatriotic, but it's just so boring. Why do the 4 years between the Olympics pass by so quickly? And it's on every channel! Including the one, MSNBC, that I have to watch all day!

i couldn't imagine watching it all day long, but i like watching the primetime wrap ups.

and it's not unpatriotic to not enjoy them, it's just generally silly...like people that don't watch the superbowl.

yeah, it's like the superbowl, but without the commercials or excitement.

but it's more of a casual watching thing. have it on while you're designing a new blog or doing the checkbook or ironing.

yeah, they just need to give the highlights or be able to fastforward the borrowing parts. And it sucks when my favorite show is not on.

I love the olympics, especially the summer ones though. I look forward to watch four hours of it every night for two weeks. I agree there are some boring parts, but if you pick someone you want to win it can get exciting. My favorite part is gymnastics and diving. Winter olympics I don't get into so much, but I like watching the snowboarding and speed skating. Good times!

the only thing that might be exciting is the snowboard/half-pipe, but it's gets boring really fast because it all looks the same to me! And I'm not gonna go learn about snowboarding just so I can enjoy the Olympics...
