So there is an all day workshop going on tomorrow for workers with a potential for management and my boss has been asked to send one rep from TS and one from CR to go train for team lead position.

Guess who will be answering phones tomorrow.

I'm proud of you, you deserve to have pride when it's properly placed, pride in a job well done, pride in your abilities. You don't need a job that dosn't appretiate you, i know you'll find the right job for you eventually.
