I read part of a book which is commentary on the Tao Te Ching. I am enjoying it very much.

This was a good one for me, chapter 15

Do you have the patience to wait
till your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving
till the right action arises?

It speaks to me in several ways. I am not a patient person, and this reminds me to be. ( Read more... )

when a person is truely showing/giving gratitude, it is impossable to be in fear, anger, or depression.

good lesson for us all.
