Really looking forward to MARCON too! Man, about a year ago I had all these big ideas and plans etc., and now it looks like I'm doing well just to make it places on time and more or less prepared!

I know exactly what you mean! I'm to the point where I can't plan anything in advance because I just don't have time. It sucks.
