It may have its up and downs but you couldn't expect SE to give ya all the goods all the time did ya? Personally I think it's okay. Could have at least make us fight some other NM to remove the augments to allow reuse so we don't waste very rare/expensive synths. Even if it was a once a conquest tally thing it'd be better than NPC'ing the gear.

It has it's ups and downs neither all bad or all good.

The fighting another NM to remove augment tag on item is a nice idea tho Anon#2.

Yes, MAB+MACC looks like the obvious choice for a BLM, or even for a SCH. However, after doing the math for SCH with the gear I have, I was looking at a 5 damage increase at best. If another job can make better use out of the pants, then MAB+MACC is a waste.

I personally went with cure potency + -enmity, since I already have 'gaiters and I have WHM BLM BRD SCH and RDM @75. If I didn't have gaiters, I would have definitely gone cure potency + movement speed. Even BLMs cure sometimes ^^
