Look at all the pretty veggies! I just love bok choy. Everthing looks terrific, mine starts this Wednesday or Thursday. I hope I have the same variety.

We eat our radishes for breakfast with a little sea salt: dip and crunch.

My friends and I do this "Iron Chef" competition. This last Sunday was "leafy greens." It was a great spread! They are soo beautiful right now! I really missed the nice, fresh greens over the winter.

Ooh, those sound tasty, I'll definitely have to try them out. And I love Alton Brow, I need to go back and rewatch a field of greens now that I have them.
