I have a mascara problem. Ever since forever basically I have felt that I can't wear normal mascara, even waterproof, because it gets everywhere. Whether or not I rub my eyes or cry, the stuff always ends up all over my under eye areas, making me look like I haven't slept in 20 years or are a sorority girl the morning after a bender. I really only use Lorac's Publicity Stunt because that stuff does not budge but I would really like to try something else. Is there something I can put over mascara to make it not go everywhere or am I just doomed to 1 formula for the rest of my life? I mean, PS is okay, but I'd like like more lift and curl and stuff sometimes.
You're awesome at makeup and I just thought I'd ask if you had any suggestions.
