"I'm still here"? Haha, I think I assigned the same title to the photo album I organized of the shots I took during my sky-diving experience. Although the phrase is meant very differently in the two applications

How wonderful it is to hear you so optimistic and truly happy with your relationship! This is a different clay, and it's strange to see that you who have always been cynical are in enveloped in such romantic endeavors and joys! I on the other hand have converted for the time being to a much more cynical approach in life, but maybe appropriately so? Maybe this last year of college is mine to live for me and me only, but I am SO glad that you are where you are in life. You deserve nothing but love and support.

I think that we two are a pair of phase junkies? Haha. I think that it is important that you are going through this one. It is, perhaps, the most important of all. It's where you learn your true value and self-worth. Only then can you understand how much or how little of a value can be placed on a significant other. Only then can the need for one be gauged. I am glad that you are a "cynic"! Haha, I feel better understood.
