Oh wow this was so incredibly poignant. I really loved the scene where Sansa's speaking to the elder brother about Arya how things are coming full circle now. Wow! My heart went out to her and her sister so hard there. I can only imagine the horrors that child has endured over the years.

And I must say I really loved how you handled their love scene so bittersweet and entirely touching. I really like how its not romantic and yet it is entirely, its more than just a smokin' hawt lay. You really can feel their emotions here, all that is unspoken but is exchanged in their hearts.

I loved too how its like he's worshiping her, how in this action they both find the healing they need and the truth they've sought for so long.

I'm glad you got to enjoy this one in all its overage glory :) I might have had to be prodded a fair bit to get it to this level of hotness (you know me, I'm far better at the fade to black, hahaha) and then hummed and hawed a bit before finishing it off but I'm glad I did ;) might be the only time I ever do though :P

And Arya... if there's anyone my heart goes out to it's always Arya, who I believe has seen the worst of the brutality of war amongst all the the children. I'm only hoping that she's able to recover herself at the end within the books.

gods, amazing, so beautiful and sweet and tender and just perfectyou know. true love indeed. i was almost crying as they both realized that they had sort of lost time they could have spent knowing each other like this because they didn't say too much to the other. but in a way it was good that they waited till their relationship reached this place.
this was a very emotional, wonderful chapter. everything really, from the things they did and said to what they didn't and the way sandor cares for her.. gods, i've just melted into a puddle!

They did need to get to this point, to have reached enough of understanding that Sansa would know the reasons why he agreed, that Sandor would have enough trust that she wanted him for more than simply protection. I seriously do love writing these two for the the opportunities they give us to write them like this :)

*happy sigh* I haven't commented for a while, but know that I totally adore your fic, this chapter especially - it's so beautiful and tender and a little awkward at times, but oh so sweet. Loved it! :D

Only one chapter left to comment on after this one :D For some reason I'm not a great fan of the perfect love scene for first times, there should generally be that measure of awkwardness, it makes it all the sweeter :)

As for Arya... fingers crossed that I might get the next chapter up soon!
