Ahhhh i got so excited when I saw this and OMG you didn't let me down! This was so sweet and tender...and perfect as always! I love your bond between Arya and Sansa, and I love the concept of Sandor staying during the birth...so adorable!!!
Can we expect more??

Eee thank you! You know that Arya and Sansa is my sisterly OTP :) I do really want to write more but it will depend on whether I ever get the right sort of inspiration! It's difficult to let go of though!

Oh this was really so lovely! I really enjoyed how you filled out the big picture while remaining true to the central relationship of Sansan. I just love (beyond words!) the relationship between Arya and Sansa how far they have come and how close they have grown. I was just squeeing so badly over Arya and Gendry finally coming to terms with their affections and realizing this was all meant to be. It hought it was so cute too how she's nervous about telling her mom about him hahah Hey if Sansa can marry Sandor why can't she marry Gendry? *fangirls hard* I'm so happy these two girls finally got their happy ending each in their own way ( ... )

You know that before I fell headlong into SanSan my first 'maybe in the future' pairing was Arya and Gendry? I blame the show squarely! Arya really doesn't need to worry, after all I think nothing would shock Catelyn now after all that her kids are done ;) If Daenerys legitimises Gendry then maybe she won't mind too much :)

I must admit that as much as I love my angst, I'm a sucker for soppy happy endings. While in reality I doubt that these two will ever have one, we can all dream, and this has allowed me to put my soppiest plans into action!

Fingers crossed that I can keep the inspiration and finally finish that Arya tale!

Ah, the naming of their daughter Lyanna was so inspired. As Kyla said, I felt my heart clutch. Poor Lyanna, I don't think I've read many Sansan fanfics that refer to her, but it is so fitting for Cut, given the theme of love vs. duty.

I know that generally the comparison made in fics is between Lyanna and Arya, given what people see as their wildness, but in this case I really did want to weave it in, as you say it went excellently with the theme. It is terribly unfair that in almost all societies it is the women who are expected to abide by culture and custom and toe the line, and the women who are given the greater share of blame when anything occurs.

I'm so wishing that we one day find out the true story about her, since she's such a fascinating character! I wonder sometimes, what if we had it all wrong and Rhaegar did kidnap her? I'm just hoping that GRRM shall take pity on us and reveal all!

I don't know if we'll ever find out as who would be the POV? I have to admit this tumblr short story about Lyanna/Rhaegar has influenced my headcanon and I no longer see Rhaegar in a generous light. Though I don't think the text supports that as everyone who met him so far in the novels seems to think he was a paragon.

I can't believe it! This fic is having epilogues! So good to read it! You made me happy.
About the name: Lyanna is the name of somebody reigned by her feelings. She complained about the impossibility of Robert to be " loyal" to his wife ( that it was not at his nature), but she ended with a man unloyal to his wife. But probably loyal to her.

Another devastating GRRM example of how it damned it is the person when let the passion rule her/his life.

But I really like that you pick that name. It is a compelling sad character.

Thank you! I'm so glad that it made you happy :)

It's funny the mistakes that we all make in love. I don't know if we'll ever know what the true story of Lyanna and Rhaegar is, or whether she got what she really wanted in their relationship, she certainly is a compelling character though!

Well this has taken my love of SanSan puppies to a new level! So sweet and lovely. Especially the last scene, I'm a puddle on the floor!
