Greece is absolutely gorgeous at any time of the year, but I think spring is more breathtakingly lovely than any other season. Such as it is-- Mediterrannean seasons are not as they are in North America. The weather was quite warm and the rains were still frequent, although tapering into sunshine, and the atmosphere can only be described as hope-

Weddings are most splendid. You are indeed lucky to be away an extra week- it's been undoubtedly as cold and dreary as England is this time of year. Best belated wishes for Easter, if you or your family are Orthodox. Χριστος ανεστι!
