In that case, take your pick. But your best bet is the building southeast of the plaza or the one furthest south on the west side of the river. Right now they're practically empty.

I'd avoid the Community Housing Building Number Five. Tom Riddle, Severus Snape, and your currently younger cousin Narcissa Black all reside there. As well as Lily Evans, whose still in school herself, but it seems she's managed to get by with no injuries.

She's even roommates with Miss Black.

Also avoid the second one as Draco and I live there and I think it's better giving Draco some distance from the Gryffindors.

All of the Community Housing Buildings all have at least one room completely open though. Six and Seven even have entire floors that are free.
