I was never really aware of the full moon and lunar cycles until I found out what I was. Since then, I've done everything I can to keep track of that week as closely as possible. Even though it's not as much of a danger as it once was, I still don't like to lose track of the days, and I can't really explain why. Maybe because I don't want to forget that the danger's still out there, even if I'm not necessarily the thing I should be afraid of.
