I'm a vegetarian, so unless those land mammals are really sneaky, I'm still unsure. But someone told me I could have gotten it from raw peppers. Then again, that could be complete nonsense.

I wasn't necessarily implying that you got it from them by eating them, but just as a piece of advice, never underestimate the sneakiness of land mammals. Especially the beaver.
