Yeah, I can't quite tell what she's doing there - I think she may only have, like, half her eyebrow hair with the rest shaves/waxed/whatev. But I think if you just white out the regular brows, this could be achieved. Or, like, I have used pigments to color my brows temporarily before.

yeah, that's what it looked like to me as well, which if you want to change your eyebrow shape is a better way to go than removing all the hair, it makes for a slightly more natural look.

i tend to dye my eyebrows to match my hair, but eyebrow bleach has a really cumbersome texture. also, i couldn't do that when i went blue, so i did a more extreme version of what she appears to be doing there.

I think her eyebrows are still all there, just painted over with the makeup--if you look closely below the green, there is a bit of an eyebrow-like texture in the white, just above where the purple stops.
