Warning: Contents Under Pressure

My family was never good with sharing  feelings. Our doormat read "Welcome Home. Check all emotions at the door. They will be returned to you upon exiting." yeah...it was a big doormat. I'm honestly tired. Tired of this bottled up feeling. Feelings. They originate in the pit of my stomach. The immense pressure of it all sends painful thoughts

i'm the same way. for example, at my grandfathers funeral i didn't cry. i wanted to, but i forced myself not to. and i don't know why.

maybe we should have a big cry fest.
