Today is a sad day.  Booker has to go stay at my grandparents' house for a few months because my apartment manager decided that she was no longer going to allow me to have a second pet in the house (even though I had called to ask if it was ok before I looked for a kitten).  I think the truth is that she hates animals and little innocent kittens ( Read more... )

Dr. Lippmann was here giving a presentation @ Ben's residence hall. It was good.

Afterwards, we went to go see WAR OF THE WORLDS at the SLB.

I spent the last 2 hours curled up in a ball in my chair.

I know this is completely unladylike and probably disgusting,
BUT
I really wish the snot would just stop dripping out of my nose.

I had a kitten for 4 hours.  I named her Zoe.  But Zoe had fleas and Zoe is too young for flea treatment.  So Zoe went to the animal shelter at midnight last night (because that's a better place for her to be in than the place I got her from).  Sad.  I just want a good friend for Mr Kitty--the coolest cat in the world--that will sit on my lap.  Ben ( Read more... )
